An American Wagyu Tri-Tips is a premium triangular-shaped cut of beef taken from the bottom sirloin. The meat comes from crossbreeding purebred Japanese Wagyu cattle with high quality American cattle breeds (Angus).
HOW TO COOK
Ideal for cast-iron searing or on the grill. Due to its high fat content, American Wagyu NY strips are best prepared to medium-rare or medium to allow the fat to properly melt. Cook it evenly.
Let it rest 5-10 minutes as it cooks through.
