I am the third generation in a family devoted to farming and meat craftsmanship.
My father, Manoel Teodoro, built his butcher business on integrity, trust, and long-standing relationships with farmers. He believed responsibility mattered more than scale — which is why he oversaw every step of the process himself.
Growing up, I learned every role in the chain — from farm to shop — and I learned that trust is earned over time, not through marketing.
Teodora’s exists to carry that way of working forward.
